Cookie Policy

About this policy

This page explains the cookies and similar technologies our website uses, and how you control them. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement. We group cookies by what they do, and only strictly necessary cookies are set without your consent.

What cookies are

Cookies are small files a website stores on your device. Similar technologies include browser local and session storage. Some are essential for the site to function; others are optional and only used with your permission.

Strictly necessary

These are required for the site to work and are set without consent:

  • Session and authentication, to keep you signed in and secure the app.
  • Cross-site request forgery protection, to prevent forged requests.
  • Your language preference, so the site stays in the language you chose.
  • Your cookie consent choice itself, so we can remember it and not ask again.

Analytics, with your consent

We use PostHog, hosted in the EU, to understand how the site is used. By default, and if you decline, analytics runs in a cookieless mode: it stores nothing on your device, strips your IP address before processing, and cannot identify you. If you accept, PostHog sets cookies so we can measure things like repeat visits and journeys across pages. Declining never blocks any part of the site.

If you are signed in to the app and accept analytics, we also associate your analytics events with your account, including your name, email address, and organization, so we can understand how the product is used per account. If you decline, your activity stays cookieless and is never linked to your account.

Changing your choice

Use the banner to accept or decline analytics cookies. To change a previous choice, clear this site's cookies in your browser and reload; the banner will appear again so you can choose afresh.

Where the data goes

Analytics data is processed by PostHog on EU infrastructure and does not leave the EU. PostHog acts as our processor for website analytics. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture of how we handle website and account data.
